After years of working in manufacturing, tech, and project coordination, I realized my favorite part of the job was helping others problem-solve and get things working better. I created NextStep Upgrades to combine my love for tech, tools, and helping people take that “next step” toward comfort, efficiency, and confidence in their homes and businesses.
